Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.10.2020 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51 of 2020, whereby the prayer for extension of period for surrendering and furnishing bail bonds in the Court below has been rejected.

In the interest of justice, the petitioners are directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12032 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 to surrender and furnish bail bonds in the Court below within next four weeks from today in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019.

Accordingly, the order dated 21.10.2020 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51 of 2020 is hereby quashed.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
