JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 30 litres of Mahua liquor was recovered.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
