The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

The petitioners were apprehended with a pick-up van bearing registration no. BR-22Q-6957 and 19 quintals of foodgrains was recovered. It is submitted that the petitioners are the labours whose work was to load and unload foodgrains. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11762 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 13/2015.
