The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 427, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9182 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
