Petitioner is in jail custody since 7.6.2014 on the accusation that he committed rape on the informant on 11.5.2014. It is the prosecution case that at the time of alleged occurrence when the informant raised alarm, her mother came there and asked the informant to permit the petitioner to do what he wants. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that informant is lady of questionable character and, as a matter of fact, she lodged the present case at the instance of one Munna Ram with whom she had illicit relation and much prior to institution of this case, she had filed similar type of cases against some other persons. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that alleged occurrence took place on 11.5.2014 and the present case was lodged on 5.6.2014.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Bhabua Mahila P.S.
