The petitioner wants to renew prayer for bail which has already been rejected by this Court on 25.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25915 of 2014 on the ground that the trial has not been concluded within the time fixed by this Court and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes.
As the petitioner is the assailant and the trial is in progress and as submitted all the private witnesses have already been examined and as such this Court is not persuaded to release the petitioner on bail and therefore again prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14201 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 106 of 2013 arising out of Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 204 of 2012 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M. Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran.
The Trial Court is again hereby directed to take all positive steps to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of two months.
