JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/34 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim and husband of the victim has already been allowed provisional bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 9.5.2022, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 8728 of 2022.
