The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.401 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 38, 41 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the alleged recovery of huge quantity of illicit Indian made foreign liquor from the joint house of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
