The petitioner seeks his bail in Amarpur P.S.Case No.229 of 2013 registered under Sections 376 and 452 IPC.

The victim alleged that in the night on 8.7.2013, the petitioner entered her house and committed rape with her. The complaint was filed after two days of the occurrence and on the basis of which, the present FIR was lodged. The police, after investigation submitted final form finding the case true under section 376/511 IPC. The petitioner is in jail since 26.6.2014. Considering the facts that the petitioner has remained in jail for about 10 monhs, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No. 229 of 2013 (Sessions Trial No.725 of 2014).
