ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2017 in connection with Baisi P.S.Case no. 168 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that, according to prosecution, all the accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped the victim and solemnized his marriage with the daughter of co-accused and after a lot of search informant could succeed in finding of his brother. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. It is only on the basis of suspicion he has been made accused in this case.
