2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of MJC No. 533 of 2019 which was dismissed by the pre-emptory order dated 27.07.2023 passed by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 to 6 of the petition, the MJC No. 70 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee which in turn will go to the SUVAS Cell, Patna High Court.
