2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 27.11.2023 at about 7 AM, all the accused persons including petitioners assaulted the informant by Parkhanti. It is further alleged that co-accused Maheshwari Yadav snatched gold locket from the neck of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are neighbours and due to petty dispute, a quarrel took place in which both sides sustained injury. Case and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2786 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 counter case. There is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 325 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
