The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was on bail and his bail bond was cancelled on 9.9.2005. He has misused the privilege of bail for about 10 years and for that he has remained in jail for more than seven and a half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
