29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 370 of 2010/03 of 2015 arising out of Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2010 registered under Sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gopalganj.

Perused the Report of the Trial Court from which it appears that the Petitioner is responsible for delaying the trial and, hence, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to hear the matter on day to day basis and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
