JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that petitioner confessed his guilt and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him and is languishing in jail custody since 19-092014. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 corresponding to Trial No. 56 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
