JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that police on patrolling seized one motorcycle and the accused persons, including the petitioner succeeded in fleeing away and they are named in the FIR and no paper has been produced.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2709 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
