The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sachiwalay P.S. Case No.167 of 2019 registered under Sections 419, 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that on perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that there is no allegation of misappropriation of government money rather it is a matter of departmental proceeding.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
