JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 123 of 2014 registered under Sections-498A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased who committed suicide. Admittedly, the marriage of the deceased had taken place 10-12 years ago but she could not become mother of a child.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the deceased committed suicide as she became frustrated when she could not conceive.

Taking into consideration the above-said facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9434 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioner named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 123 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
