Taking into consideration that having similar allegation, co-accused Ram Sundar Yadav and Mithilesh Yadav @ Mithilesh Kumar Yadav have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 13-10-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33127 of 2015, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.
