One mobile set is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others assembled to make preparation of committing dacoity. Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submission of the parties, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishalia at Hajipur in Lalganj P.S.Case No. 241 of 2015.
