The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting and abusing by this petitioner to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in the impugned order shows that injury is not mentioned about the nature of injuries of the injured sustained by the informant.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

No.2617 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubat Pur P.S. Case No. 578 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
