The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 567 of 2009, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade. The petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2010. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five years. Other accused persons have already been granted bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10914 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 567 of 2009.
