1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special P.P. for the CBI.

2. On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that charges have been framed.

3. The learned Special P.P. for the CBI submits that since charges have been framed, it signifies commencement of the trial and as such, the Court should be reluctant in interfering in the trial.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Special P.P. for the CBI, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

5. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected.
