JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2026 This is the third successive bail prayer of petitioner. It transpires from the submission of learned counsel appearing for petitioner that almost all prosecution witnesses including doctor and I.O. have already been examined in this case.

2. Considering the aforesaid factual aspects that the trial of this case is at its fag end, where no prosecution witness has now left to be examined, the prayer of bail of petitioner stands rejected on third occasion also.

3. Learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case preferably within three months, subject to co-operation of the petitioner, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail, if so advised.
