No doubt, the petitioner is said to have misused the privilege of bail for near about nine years but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that a compromise petition was filed before the court below and petitioner was under impression that due to filing of the compromise petition the case has been ended and that was the reason the petitioner did not attend the court. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Sessions Trial No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2692 of 2016 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 573 of 2005 arising out of Kochadhaman P.S. case No.80/2002 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall attend the trial court on each and every date for the period of six months or till conclusion of trial, whichever is earlier, and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, without any reasonable,cause, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
