Anita Kumari Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-02-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 208 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case.

The allegation against petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is that

There is no allegation of assault against petitioner no. 3. All the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and the petitioners side have also lodged Barsoi (Kachna) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2020 against the informant side and the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature, as such, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 208 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey , J) Mahesh/- U T
