2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim and he is also alleged to have fired at the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 8.5.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Pasraha Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
