The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. From the mobile shop of the informant 16 mobiles, cash of Rs.10,000/- and mobile recharge coupon with Rs.9,000/- to 10,000/- were stolen away. The FIR was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation and from the house of the petitioner one stolen mobile set and sim were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014.
