Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.04.2015 on the accusation that one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but the submission on behalf of the petitioner is that as a matter of fact nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and the present case has been lodged by the police at the instance of seizure list witness, namely Barelal Singh with whom petitioner has enmity. Considering the nature of allegation and submissions of the parties, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Gopalganj in Mirganj P.S.Case No. 115 of 2015.
