5000 pouches of liquor, punching machine, gas cylinder etc were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner managed to flee from the house at the time of raid.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, taking note of this fact that mini liquor factory was unearthed from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case no. 323/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Bettiah District West Champaran stands rejected.
