According to prosecution case itself, at the time of alleged occurrence petitioner was in custody of the police and it is only stated that on the instigation of this petitioner, the alleged occurrence took place. No doubt, petitioner carries chequered criminal history but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Shankar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
