JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 The parties are in agreement that the present case can be disposed off with a direction to dispose off the pending departmental proceeding within a period of three months from today and, failing which the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically.

In view of the agreement of the parties, I direct that the disciplinary authority shall dispose off the pending departmental proceeding within a period of three months from today and in default thereof the suspension order of the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall
