In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira Police Station Case No. 49 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is Debar of the informant and on account of land dispute he has caused injury to the victim by Tangi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injury report does not corroborate the statement. On perusal of the injury report, the nature of injury no.1 shows serious which has been inflicted upon her. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not
