The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and 3 /4 of Explosive Substance Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, a loaded countrymade pistol and live cartridges were recovered and for that he is in jail since 1.7.2014.

The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9046 of 2015 (4) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri (Parihara) P. S. Case No. 198 of 2014.
