The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 574 of 2019 (G.R.No. 2312 of 2019), registered for the offence punishable under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 52.200 liters of illicit country made liquor from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 3.12.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.
