Taking into consideration that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24-12-2014 on the accusation that one live cartridge was recovered from his conscious possession when he along with others was collecting money from the vehicles on the road, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daniawan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna.
