The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 registered under Sections 307, 302 and 504 of Indian Penal Code.

Though, there is specific overt act has been shown to Ram Vinay Sah who have armed with Farsa assaulted the informant on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, name of the petitioner has find place in the F.I.R., but there is no specific overt act against her.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014.
