2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the present MJC application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No.11753 of 2024 to its original file which was dismissed for default for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 08.08.2024.

3. Counsel further submits that the order has already been complied and grievance raised in the said writ petition has already been fulfilled. Therefore, he is not interested to pursue the present MJC application.
