The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code. Three persons including the petitioner were intercepted with suspected to be stolen motorcycle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Ranjan Chaudhary was travelling motorcycle when the petitioner was pillion rider, but considering that police failed to establish the alleged motorcycle was stolen one, Ranjan Chaudhary has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 12436 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015.
