Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-10 for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Anganwadi Appeal Case No. 63/2020-21 is pending before the District Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur. The appeal has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.677 of 2022(2) dt.16-09-2022 2/2 preferred against the order dated 02.07.2020, passed in Anganwadi Case No 48 of 2018 by the District Programme Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Petitioner raises the grievance regarding the appeal being kept pending. In view of the limited grievance raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ application need not be kept pending.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur (Respondent No.3) to pass a final orders on the pending appeal, if the same has not been disposed of till date, by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
