2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and he is in custody since 21.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 5120047230541/2023 (541/2023) dated 21.09.2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Bakhtiyarpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
