Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/379/504/506/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named petitioners assaulted the informant with iron rod and hockey sticks.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2458 of 2023(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 that the parties are gotia. Injury caused by the petitioners have been found to be simple in nature by doctor. It is submitted that the petitioners have got three criminal antecedents and all of them were lodged by the informant side.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nawada in Sirdalla Police Station Case No. 529 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
