2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants armed with pistol intercepted the informant and looted his bag containing cash Rs. 64,675/-., ATM card and other documents.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Saran at Chapra in Baniapur Police Station Case No. 270 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
