JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II that except criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Tuntun Kumar and Rajbali Kumar @ Raja have already been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8523 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Mokama P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014.
