Petitioner is said to have made attempt to open fire on the informant but fortunately he could not succeed in his attempt and took to his heels while he was chased by the informant and other shopkeepers. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about four cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that earlier, petitioner was sent to jail on the false accusation leveled against him by the informant of the present case and when the petitioner got bail in the aforesaid cases, the informant with the help of police again falsely implicated the petitioner in the present case in which petitioner is in jail custody since 24.06.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3042 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Session Judge,7th , Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 282 of 2014.
