Petitioner is accused in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 147, 149, 307, 379/304 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. In the alleged occurrence, both the parties have sustained injuries. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.11.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
