Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from the impugned order that the name of the petitioner has come in this case in the confessional statements of the coaccused Lallan Yadav as well as Srikant Mahto. Except the confessional statements of the aforesaid co-accused , there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.case No. 79 of 2014.
