The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons abducted the sister of the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. In course of investigation it has come that the victim was mentally ill and several times she used to leave him without saying to anyone. The petitioner has got two unmarried daughters and there is

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Barh (Sri P.K. Tiwari), District Patna in connection with Bhadaur P.S. case No.55 of 2018.
