This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 02.09.2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna in Arms Case No. IX-272/2021 by which the application of the petitioner who is a ward councillor for grant of arms license has been rejected and for also for quashing the order dated 13.07.2023 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna in Arms Appeal No. 129 of 2023 by which the order of the District Magistrate has been affirmed.
3. In the opinion of this Court, when two authorities
Patna High Court CWJC No.1179 of 2024(2) dt.25-01-2024 2/2 have concurrently found that the petitioner is not eligible for Arms license then this Court, in writ jurisdiction will not consider the facts of the case. There is no procedural error in passing of the impugned orders.
