Petitioner being the elder brother of the victim is languishing in custody since 05.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that that on 04.06.2014 the informant received telephonic information about the death of his daughter, who was married with the brother of this petitioner. On information received the informant went to in-laws house of his daughter where the villagers suggest that the in-law's family killed the victim since she protested selling of the ancestral land.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014.
